Ben & Jerry's unimpressed with Ben & Cherry's sweet porn tribute

As well as producing some of the most delicious ice cream in the known universe, Ben & Jerry's seem like a happy-go-lucky, pun-lovin' brand. Except when it comes to porn. Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc. is suing Caballero Video for selling the 10-DVD "Ben & Cherry's" adult-film series that includes hits such as "Peanut Butter D-Cups" and "Boston Cream Thigh." Ben & Jerry's say the DVD design of the Ben & Cherry's series, which features men and women with cows and fluffy clouds in the background, mimics the Ben & Jerry's packaging and that the porn producers have violated their trademarks. We say they missing out on a unique marketing opportunity — how could X-rated adult ice-cream not sell? The flavor names have already been taken care of, after all.
