Looks like the Beygency exists after all.
A BET producer has reportedly been suspended after the disaster that took place on 106 & Park when special host Karrueche Tran threw shade at Beyonce and Jay Z's two year old daughter, Blue Ivy on Monday (Aug. 25). While attempting to make a funny with a list of "Things Blue Ivy Thought About The VMAs," Kae read this off the teleprompter: "I really woke up like this, because my parents never comb my hair."
Page Six reports that the network has suspended a producer after the #Beyhive went ballistic, according to an anonymous BET source.
Stephen Hill, BET's President of Music Programming and Specials, took to Twitter to issue an apology, writing. "Last night on 106 & Park there was a stupid, unthoughtful joke made about a young child."
Hill said that those responsible for the joke were being dealt with and shifted the blame off Karrueche, adding, "Oh, and please don't hate on Karrueche; it was not her fault. We also apologize for putting her in that position."
