Beyoncé Launches New Fragrance ‘Pulse NYC’

Who runs the world? Clearly Beyoncé.

As if spearheading an HBO documentary, new album, a Super Bowl half-time show and dodging lip-sync scandals, the “Love On Top” singer throws in a new fragrance for good measure.

In the glitzy new ad for Pulse NYC her fifth fragrance, Bey rises high above the Manhattan skyline in shimmery blue and silver numbers. Even the bottle itself is shaped like a skyscraper.

“I thought that now that I am a New Yorker and I’ve learned about how I can accomplish anything in this city, I felt it was an appropriate energy for the new fragrance,” she says.
