The new season of VH1's once hit series 'Behind The Music' will kick off with not just Lil Wayne, T.I. and 50 Cent but R&B bad boy Bobby Brown.
Network sources say the forthcoming episode, documenting Brown's career, both past and present, will air September 24.
"After being kicked out of New Edition and independently establishing himself as the undisputed "King of R&B," Bobby spun himself into a fast life of drugs and women. Brown eventually married American Pop Princess, Whitney Houston and after an 11-year publically turbulent marriage the two divorced. "Brown relays his life in the spotlight and all of the hardships and glories that he's faced as one of the most controversial entertainers in R&B," VH1 wrote in a release describing the forthcoming episode.
Brown's 'Behind The Music' follows his stint on CMT's 'Gone Country'.
The episode airs September 24 at 10pm.
