Bobby Brown Sentenced To 55 Days In Jail For DUI

Bobby Brown has landed in trouble once again.

After his arrest in October 2012, the notorious bad boy was sentenced to 55 days in jail after pleading no contest to driving under the influence and on a suspended license (the suspension was due to a prior conviction for a DUI), Los Angeles City Attorney Spokesperson Frank Mateljan told E! News.

There's more. The singer is also being placed on 48 months of summary probation, ordered to a $500 fine plus penalty assessment, has to complete an 18-month alcohol program and comply with standard DUI conditions for his first charge.

In November, Brown pled not guilty in a Los Angeles court to the multiple DUI charges resulting from his drunken driving bust the month prior, where officials found him driving carelessly near the city of Tarzana, Calif. without his court-mandated dashboard Breathalyzer.

The former New Edition member and ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston, repped by his attorney Tiffany Feder, was not present in court Tuesday but will report to jail March 30. He is to attend three A.A. classes a week till then.
