Roc Nation's singing siren Bridget Kelly is gearing up for a classic debut album, and looking to snag a hot duet with one of R&B's leading men.
During Heineken's Red Star Access show in NYC last Saturday, Bridget spoke to VIBE about the album, calling it "melancholy & a little dark," but still a classic that goes "back to the roots of real R&B."
Bridget also hinted at a potential hit record with "Lotus Flower Bomb" crooner Miguel. She told us of the collaboration, "We're trying to [get something going], but he's so busy [Laughs]!"
Although she's taking her time with the album (which is always a good thing), don't worry too much about the release date—it's coming soon!
"[I'm] excited for everyone to hear it," she told us. We feel you Bridget.
