Busy Bee! Lil' Kim Preps New Single; Says 5th Album En Route

If you haven't noticed Lil’ Kim has been hard at work prepping comeback after comeback

, determined not to completely fall off the hip-hop map. Yesterday, the Brooklyn-bred emcee gave fans a little more to celebrate other than her 37th birthday, announcing the coming arrival of new single and fifth album.

According to the fun-sized rapper herself, "Looks Like Mone", produced by the Rockwilder, is the yet-to-be-titled project’s lead single.

A follow-up to 2010’s Black Friday mixtape, Kim’s worker bee fans hope she’ll put personal issues aside and find her niche in this upcoming LP, to prove to them as well as the hip-hop community, the Queen Bee’s reign is never over. We'll see how Nicki feels about that. –Tyler McDermott
