Carly Rae Jepsen SUED For Plagiarizing

Evan Schwartz Posted October 31, 2012

Carly Rae Jepsen, the Canadian songstress known for the smash hit/musical infection known as "Call Me Maybe," is in hot water for her follow-up single, "Good Time."

Allyson Nichole Burnett, a singer from Alabama, claims that Jepsen and Adam Young from Owl City pilfered elements of her song "Ah, It's A Love Song" to create their top-10 hit. The two stars have not yet responded to the suit.
