The fight for NYC basketball supremacy is getting intense, with the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets tied at 1 -1 after Carmelo Anthony’s impressive performance last night.

Anthony dropped a season-high 45 points, with Jason Kidd also adding to the mix by scoring the tiebreaking three-pointer with 24 seconds left. The night started off a bit rough for the Knicks—who rallied from an early 17-point hole—but eventually beat the Nets in a 100-97 close encounter.
