The Case of the Ex: Karrueche Tran
Dealing with your man’s ex is like throwing salt on an open wound–it fuckin’ burns.
Unfortunately for Chris Brown’s former main squeeze, Karrueche Tran, she has had to hear about her boo’s old flame from about, well, a million or more people everyday. Yesterday (Oct. 4), Twitter and the interwebs were all abuzz over the CB/Rihanna NYC scandal and more rumors of the pair inching closer to getting that old thing back. Last night, however, all three parties confirmed what would seem to be Karrueche’s biggest fear: the R&B couple were, indeed, back in love. (Watch CB explain here.)
It’s equally adorable and, some would say, troubling that the hots between these two crazy kids may still burn years after they first announced their “friendship.” Blatant and unvarnished, the details of that 2009 incident remain sporadic media fodder, yet a good percentage of their fans are welcoming the reunion of these pop stars with open arms. Last month, during an interview with Oprah, Rihanna admitted, “We love each other and we probably always will, and that’s not anything that we’re going to try to change.”
