Cassie Throws Baby Shower for Lola Monroe

Over the weekend (Mar. 2), Cassie proved she was a great friend to Taylor Gang’s first lady, Lola Monroe. Held at a private home in Hollywood Hills, Diddy’s leading lady threw a baby shower for the mom-to-be. At the shower, Lola was glowing in an all white BCBG dress and was surrounded by friends, family, food and lots of gifts. Lola confirmed the pregnancy last December.

Teairra Mari, Tocarra Jones and Hazel E were among some of the attendees at the shower.

After the festivities, Lola took to Twitter to thank everyone for attending her first baby shower. “Thank u @CassieSuper 4 being so special n throwing me such a beautiful baby shower!!ur such a great friend #Rare #Genuine Love u so much! ❤ So much love today…friends and family..in town to the ones that flew in. Thank you for joining us to be apart of something special.”

Lil’ Kim also tweeted Monroe apologizing for not being able to make it to the shower. “I’m sorry I couldn’t make it but just know I love U & the baby and I’m sending a gift very soon!!”
