When it comes to marriage, Chad Johnson really believes in the "till death do us part" line—maybe a little too much!

TMZ reports, via close associates to the couple, that Chad believes so adamantly that he can win Evelyn Lozada back after the headbutting incident, that he's refusing to sign or partake in any divorce proceedings.

This comes shortly after the troubled athlete got a tattoo on his leg of Ev's face. However, Chad may be out of luck. Under Florida law—where Evelyn originally filed the documents—the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval.
