Amanda Bynes' settlement was finalized Wednesday, when the two victims signed civil compromise forms in an LA courtroom indicating they wanted the issue dismissed.
The two hit-and-runs were part of a pattern of erratic behavior for the former Nickelodeon star in 2012. She had run-ins with the law and the paparazzi involving marijuana, liquor, naked tanning and other odd actions in the public.
