Child Please: Adele's Ex Boyfriend Wants Money For Inspiring Album

Adele's ex-boyfriend is claiming that he inspired her debut album, 19, and deserves a cut of the profits--now that her pockets are fat.

Via PopEater: "For about a week he was calling and was deadly serious about it," she told The Sun. "Finally, I said, 'Well, you made my life hell, so I lived it and now I deserve it.'"

With song titles like "Cold Shoulder" and "Melt My Heart to Stone," we don't blame her. Following the epic success of her latest album, 21, her 2008 album has shot back up on the charts, prompting Adele's ex, whom she refuses to name, to come out of the woodwork, looking to cash in on her royalties.

Looks like he's going to have to keep on stepping.
