Chris Bosh Role Plays On the Disney Channel

Chris Bosh has been drafted by a different business -- show business. The NBA Star will set aside his role on the court to put his acting skills to the test in The Disney Channel’s series “Jessie.”

Not too different than his position on the Miami Heat, Bosh plays a star athlete, but one who gets sabotaged by a young character named Luke once it is game time.

The synopsis reads:

“Jessie offers to introduce the kids to NBA All-Star Chris Bosh, who's in town to play one of Luke’s favorite local basketball teams at the park. Determined to make sure his beloved team wins the game, Luke steals Bosh's lucky socks, which the superstar hasn't washed since the 10th grade. But after Bosh discovers the socks have been washed, he is convinced he’ll never dunk again. “
