Chris Brown may be embroiled in some beef with the Los Angeles D.A. but at least he won't be charged for the alleged nightclub attack on a female clubgoer from back in June, TMZ reports.
Deanna Gines, 24, made claims that the "Fine China" singer had shoved her at Heat Ultra Lounge, affording her a knee injury. The Anaheim City Attorney wasn't buying it and rejected the case due to lack of evidence. She's reportedly still trying to sue Brown.
Last week, the Virginia rep went on one of his many Twitter tirades after being ordered to complete 1,000 hours of additional community service.
"How about y'all take care of all the homeless kids and families on skid row," he wrote. "Promote helping people that are really fucked up in your city! ... Family first! The LAW...last."
