Besides tagging up his Hollywood Hills abode with graffiti despite neighbors' complaints, Chris Brown is taking his talents to the e-streets.
According to a new press release, the X singer is launching a new entertainment app, The Chris Brown Channel App, exclusively on the App Store for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The application aims to integrate social media with bursts of content to create a more intimate digital haven for Team Breezy.
"I am so excited to get closer to my fans - to bring them into my world, hearing from me directly, in my own words wherever I am, whenever they want," said Chris Brown. "Through my channel app, they can be part of my music, my art and my life, day in and day out."
The 24-year-old artist curates the content, posting up spontaneous clips of his adventures whether in studio, with his pals or on the road. It will also include music, news and posts about art, style and philanthropy.
The app follows the wave of several artists who have created their own electronic squares including Snoop Lion and Snoopify (where users can pimp out their photos) and T-Pain's earlier auto-tune app.
The Chris Brown Channel App is now available for free at www.AppStore.com.
