As controversial as R&B singer Chris Brown is, there are still brands out there willing to give him a chance to prove how profitable he can be. Wilhelmina International has just signed the “Don’t Judge Me” singer to its artist management division, where his agent will seek beauty and fashion endorsements.
WWD reports that Brown might be “a difficult sell to image conscious advertisers” due to the 2009 Rihanna assault situation, but the agency is still ready to place their bet on him. “Chris Brown is a…multifaceted artist with a unique take on style, and we are excited to translate and extend his brand,” stated the director of Wilhelmina Men, Taylor Hendrich.
Songstress Keri Hilson also inked a deal with the top-tier agency as well.
