Chris Brown Stars In Latest Episode of MTV's 'This Is How I Made It'

In a rare appearance in front of the cameras, Chris Brown recounts his road to fame from singing toddler in Tappahannock, VA to one of the most recognized artists in the world.

In MTV's latest episode of "This Is How I Made It," Breezy describes his first performance in church to landing a deal and his MTV Video Music Awards debut. While his past situations were not mentioned explicitly, the "Turn Up The Music" singer acknowledged the obstacles he continues to overcome. "I can't hate people making judgement but as long as my music gets you through your day, I'm doing my job," says Brown. "All I can do is try to be a better person and i'm good with knowing life isn't always gonna be perfect."
