Chris Brows Begins Trash Duty

After being sentenced last month to 180-days of labor following his pleading guilty to felony assault, Chris Brown has hit the dirt in his first day of community service.

The 20-year-old singer tweeted around 11 a.m. "on my way to community service." Brown was later found picking up trash outside his hometown of Richmond, Virginia this morning. Along with "hard labor" the singer has also been given an order to stay away from ex-girlfriend singer Rihanna, and was mandated to serve five years probation, and take a 52-week domestic violence program.

His first probation court appearance is scheduled for November 19. -Linda Hobbs
