Actor and comedian Chris Tucker is facing foreclosure of his multi-million dollar Florida mansion, according to court papers filed earlier this week.
ABC reports that Tucker purchased the home in 2007 for $6 million. The hefty purchase was made just before the housing market took a nosedive later that year.
SunTrust Bank reportedly filed papers against the Rush Hour and Friday star in Circuit Court in Florida’s Lake County. The bank says that Tucker owes over $4.4 million. However the county property appraiser has the home currently assessed at $1.6 million, according to the AP.
