Being a celebrity isn't always the walk in the park that you imagine it to be. Sometimes, people get a little too invested in the lives of the rich & famous.
One person who knows that well is celebrity tattoo artist Kat Von D, who was recently granted a temporary restraining order today against a man she claims has been stalking her, both in person and on Twitter.
According to E! Online, court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court show Von D alleging that Michael Nunn started trying to contact her online in April, showed up at her business and then, on April 29th, called her home phone from the street outside her house.
It gets scarier than that. Nunn also sent a box of candy to her house on May 5th, and when she told him on May 29th to stop trying to reach her, Nunn tweeted out her phone number, according to her petition.
One of the tweets used in Kat's petition is from Nunn's Twitter account (@MikkiSixx66) below:
"@thekatvond cute how you use your friends :) I figure eventually the game will just end and then we can meet like normal adults." — Michael Nunn (@MikkiSixx66)
Kat also suggests that Nunn tweets "delusional and paranoid tendencies," with the belief the FBI is watching him and that certain celebrities—like Katy Perry, Adriana Lima, Paris Hilton, & Mike Tyson—want to harm him.
Another hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21 on Von D's request to make the restraining order permanent. Let's hope she gets granted that as well.
