Danny Brown is taking his wild style to the pages of GQ's September issue as he discusses that "little incident" on stage, favorite designers and how he attracts women with just a glance. Read a few excerpts and check out the video below to see what else the "Monopoly" rapper had to say on his style etiquette:
On the effects of having received oral sex on stage:
I like to have fun, but that changed my shows—now the crowd is too far away. The crowd being twenty feet from me is not fun.
On catching a woman's attention with his eyes:
They say the eyes are the window to your soul. So if you just give her the eyes, and she’s giving you the eyes… I like to prolong it as long as possible, too, to the point where’s got to approach you, like “Why you keep looking at me?” or something. But the eye game is everything.
On how you can mimic his style:
"I do most of my shopping online. Or I save my money up for places where I know I'm gonna do a lot of shopping, like London. In New York, I go to Bergdorf or I go to Oak. Rick Owens and Mark McNairy are my favorite designers. It's expensive, but it's made for you to fuck up, to give it your own personality, put a hole in it."
