Despite the debut of the Total Recall remake, which sold $26 million, The Dark Knight Rises brought in a total of $36.4 million, marking its third consecutive week at number one. Meanwhile, Total Recall scored the number two spot and the number three spot was earned by Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days.
Thus far, the final installment of the Batman trilogy has racked up $354.6 million domestically.
