Following a nearly ten-year hiatus, Dave Chappelle is set to make a comeback this summer with a slew of performances at Radio City Music Hall.
The legendary stand-up comedian announced his stint at the famed New York venue earlier last month and within minutes, tickets for the first five shows were sold out.
Now, Chappelle and Live Nation have added three more shows, that will not only feature Chappelle's unfiltered jokes but the lyrical musings of Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae and The Roots.
For his ninth and final show, Chappelle has enlisted the musical genius of Nas, who will be performing the full score of Illmatic backed by an orchestra. Chappelle revealed the news last night during his appearance on Late Night With David Letterman and also joked about quitting Chappelle's Show.
"I never quit", Chappelle said with a smirk. "I'm seven years late for work."
