Wu-Tang Clan's iconic debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) changed hip-hop forever. The classic project turned 20-years-old this week and to commemorate the accomplishment, DC Shoes developed the documentary Streets & Boards & Bees & Swords. The short film delves into the parallels between Wu-Tangs rise in hip-hop and the burgeoning skate scene in New York City, during the early 90's. Equipped with interviews from members of the Wu and prominent players in both movements, Streets & Boards & Bees & Swords vividly chronicles the common thread amongst underdogs and visionaries. The film was written and directed by Kirk Dianda and coincides with the launch of DC Shoes and Wu-Tang's 20 Year Anniversary clothing collection. Check it out above!
