Deluxe Package To Be Released for 25th Anniversary of Michael Jackson’s ‘Bad’

In honor of the 25th anniversary of Michael Jackson’s BAD album, a special deluxe package is set to be released!

On September 18, Epic/Legacy Recordings and the Estate of Michael Jackson will release the BAD 25 package which contains three CDs, two collectible booklets, and a DVD featuring exclusive footage from the highly successful BAD Tour.

The three CD’s will feature an updated version of the original album, unreleased material from the BAD recording sessions and audio from Michael’s July 16th Wembley performance on the BAD Tour.

In addition, the package will include booklets with unseen photos from the BAD era as well as the original cover art for the album and a two-sided poster.

“The enormous success of the BAD album and tour was a pivotal moment in Michael’s growth as a composer, performer and producer cementing his role as the King of Pop,” said John Branca and John McClain, executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson. “We are thrilled to celebrate such an historic era in Michael’s career with this release.”

The label will also be re-releasing the single “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You in June and will follow with the release of a replica edition of the original vinyl.
