'Detroit Hustles Harder' Honors J Dilla With New Collaboration

'Detroit Hustles Harder' Honors J Dilla With New Collaboration

Keenan Higgins Posted February 4, 2013

Jay Dee, known to many as J Dilla, will forever be revered as one of the finest producers to ever make music. Now, with Dilla Day in Detroit approaching this weekend, clothing brand Detroit Hustles Harder honors him with their official 2013 Dilla Day Detroit t-shirt.

Designed and hand printed in Detroit, this limited edition shirt offers a unique take on J Dilla’s roots, as well as his work ethic—something his fans, collaborators, friends and family were able to experience throughout his illustrious career.

Dilla Day in Detroit will be held this year on Saturday, February 9th at the Fillmore in downtown Detroit. Performances are set to include Royce Da 5’9, Talib Kweli, Miguel Atwood Ferguson and more to be announced.

The DHH x Dilla t-shirt will be available to purchase at the event, but you can also cop one early at Division Street Boutique by clicking [HERE]. We recommend getting yours early; only 200 pieces will be made available.

See the shirt below:

You can get your tickets for Dilla Day at either Division Street Boutique or at J Dilla's official website, www.officialjdilla.com

Rest in beats, Dilla.
