Sean "Diddy" Combs has unleashed his powerhouse executive team for his forthcoming multi-platform television channel Revolt. He has announced that Keith Clinkscales, former VIBE Magazine president and ESPN exec will serve as CEO.
In 1993, Clinkscales helped launch VIBE President and Chief Executive Officer of VIBE, growing the magazine for six years into a definitive urban lifestyle publication reaching 700,000+ readers in partnership with legendary music producer and arranger Quincy Jones. He also launched the publication's digital counterpart, VIBE.com, the following year. In 2005, he was tapped to work for ESPN as a former senior vice president and head of content development for the sports network.
“Keith, Andy and Val are the perfect combination to run Revolt – they are my executive dream team,” said Diddy. “This launch could not be done without their talents, experience and drive to create the best new network the industry will have seen in a long time.”
Joining him at Revolt TV are Andy Schuon, who will serve as President, and Val Boreland, as Executive Vice President of Programming and Strategy. Expect Revolt TV to land on a screen near you in October.
