Diplo goes olpiD: "About That Life" ft. Jahan Lennon - Video

Diplo hasn’t dropped a solo album since "Florida" eight years ago. That might have something to do with his balls-to-the wall schedule; running his own Mad Decent label, coming out with some mean remixes, and owning stages left and right with his other project, Major Lazer. His new track titled "About That Life," which will appear alongside the previously released “Express Yourself” on his MUCHO anticipated upcoming solo release LP... hopefully our grandkids will still be alive!

One thing is fo sho...you never know quite what to expect from Diplo, and with artistic brains of Karamloops TV behind the video it gets even more tripped out. "About That Life" isn't your typical banger, nor is it like his recent productions for Snoop "Lion" Dogg, No Doubt, and Usher, but a self-proclaimed "hippiestep" track. This acoustic jam sounds like the soundtrack to a 70′s acid trip. Featuring the vocals of Jahan Lennon from the Mad Decent band once known as Popo (which is now no more), the "Original Don" of "Express Yourself" shows us his incredible versatility in this new track. We dare you to try and name all the instruments.
