Rick Ross fans can be assured their favorite rapper, who suffered from two seizures earlier this month, is doing better according to those close in his circle.
DJ Khaled, who spoke out about Rick Ross's first seizure, and Meek Mill both spoke on Rozay's health on MTV Rap Fix Sunday.
"Ross is doing great, man," said Khaled. "You're gonna hear from him real soon. Shout to Ricky Rozay."
"He's just getting rest. He had his little situation. You wanna make sure your health is one hundred percent; you don't wanna be ninety-eight, you don't wanna be ninety-seven," said Millz. "He's trying to get his rest, chill with his kids."
Ross who was en route to Memphis, Tenn. on the morning of October 14 for a concert that night, suffered his first seizure forcing the plane to make an emergency landing back to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, where he was rushed to the hospital.
Ross tweeted that he was doing fine and planned to still perform that night. However, on his second attempt to fly to Memphis, Tenn. later that evening, he suffered another seizure on his private jet.
There has been much speculation about the reasons for the rappers health, even though Ross himself has yet to disclose any exact details. His ex Elise Neal spoke with rumorfix.com and said, "I think they're [Def Jam and Ross’s camp] pushing him too hard. They don't think about him or his health, pushing him to do all these videos, pushing tours and shows’…’He is not 20 years old anymore…”
Rick Ross returned to Twitter on Saturday tweeting, "#thebossback. stronger than I've ever been. richer than i ever wuz."
His new album God Forgives, I Don't, is set to release on December 13.
