Donald Trump's Children Stage An Obama Intervention

The Donald should have one resolution for 2013: keep his opinions to himself. His children seem to agree. Details after the jump.

Allegedly, Eric, Donald Jr., and Ivanka were so concerned about the damage their father was doing to the family reputation that they met with The Donald to voice their opinions about his constant attacks on President Barack Obama.

A source told the New York Daily News, "The three of them met and went to see their dad in his Fifth Avenue office. They showed a lot of respect, but told him he's worked too long and hard to build up the reputation he has. They understand he's always been outspoken and that he likes attention, but this is too much."

Father Trump, whose representative denied such a meeting even occurred, seems like the type to walk to the beat of his own drum. It's not a surprise to read that The Donald would not even listen to his children's plea to save his own legacy, but what else is new when you're the world's most richest birther?!

Our advice is that The Donald should listen to the President and get on-board, because things they are a-changin'!
