Drake Explains "Started From The Bottom" Single

Drake was just one of the many hip-hop stars present at this year's annual NBA All-Star Weekend, but trust he didn't get there by accident. As Drizzy proclaims in his latest single "Started From The Bottom," his road to the top wasn't an easy one.

"The gist of it was kinda the back story of my life," Drake told MTV News about his new single. "I don't really speak on it that much, which kinda allows people the opportunity to make up what they want about me."

In the video, October's very own made sure to include the real people that were with him every step of the way.

"I just wanted to make it known that I did work really hard to get here and it wasn't just a fluke and it wasn't easy by any means," he explained. "All the people in the video from my family to my friends, everybody worked really hard and we're just happy to be here," he exclaimed.
