Last night (Nov. 6), Drake faced the one obstacle that's both unavoidable and destined for rappers
: the album leak. While, Drizzy was in his hometown of Toronto debuting his Take Care collaboration with The Weeknd, the album subsequently found its way to the Internet.
As "Crew Love" played live on Flow 93.5, Twitter was flooded with download links to the rapper's sophomore album.
"I am not sure if the album leaked. But if it did thank god it doesn't happen a month early anymore," Drizzy initially tweeted.
He followed his unsure comment with a statement encouraging fans to give his project a listen, "Listen enjoy it, buy it if you like it...and take care until next time."
Taking his LP's premature debut in stride, Young Money's prince showed no real sign of disappointment. Take Care is set to be released on Nov. 15.
