Dwayne Wade’s influence is spilling off the basketball court and he’ll soon be able to add executive producer to his resume. The Miami Heat baller’s best-selling memoir, A Father First, has inspired a comedy TV series that will be housed on Fox. In the book, Wade talks about the rewarding aspects of fatherhood and his own experiences with his sons Zaire and Zion. The book adaptation — of whom writer Ben Watkins is partly responsible — will be called “Three The Hard Way.”

No due date has been set, but we’ll keep you posted as details roll in.
