Dwyane Wade may be balling on and off the court but his Chicago house is imminent foreclosure.
A bank sent a foreclosure notice on Aug. 11 regarding the $1.2 million pad that he and his ex-wife Siohvaughn shared till they filed for divorce in 2007. The separation was ugly as the former spouses battled for custody of their two kids. Though Wade won, the the Miami Heat star reached a financial settlement with his ex-wife last year, which included a huge payout, the 7,800 square foot, 6-bedroom home and its mortgage payments.
His attorney tells TMZ Sports that Siovaughn stopped making payments on the $225K-a-month mortgage and that it was no longer Wade's financial responsibility, despite his name allegedly appearing on the papers. She reportedly lived in the South Holland home alone.
In happier news, Wade is set to wed longtime girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, on Aug. 30.
