According to IMDB, Jamie Foxx has fighting words for the Los Angeles Police Department all in the name of racial profiling. 

The chocolate-faced Oscar winner insists he's regularly pulled over by LA cops because he's a black man in an affluent area:"I get pulled over all the time. I live in Westlake. A black man in Westlake? That's just don't happen. I got pulled over the other day for being black and happy. 'What's all that smiling about? You're smiling back there.' I was guilty."
