According to USA Today, Eminem’s old (and currently boarded up) Detroit home is officially up for grabs. 19946 Dresden Street is just south of Eight Mile Road on the east side of Detroit. The quaint abode was featured on one of the covers for his 2000 album The Marshall Mathers LP. Now, it’s on the market via the Michigan Land Bank website.

According to Zillow.com, the home’s worth is nearly $33,000. Michigan Land Bank’s Executive Director Kim Homan said the home is just one of 4,000 addresses they received last year from the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office after the addresses failed to sell for a minimum bid of $500. A company listed as EM & UU Properties bought the house for $1 in 2009. Any bidders seeking a piece of hip-hop history (under parcel number 21034756) can look to the Michigan Land Bank website for more info.
