Explosions Rock Power Stations In Lower Manhattan

With electricity out in most of Manhattan below 36th Street and parts of Brooklyn, reports of an explosion at a ConEd transformer on the Lower East Side are flying around Twitter. Here's a video that claims to show the dramatic blasts.
