Fat Joe Guilty: Faces 2 Years in Prison for Tax Evasion

Fat Joe is guilty - True Story. According to TMZ, Fat Joe appeared in a New Jersey courtroom today (Dec. 20) and plead guilty to tax evasion.

Records show that Joe, 42, real name Joseph Cartagena owes about $700,000 for unpaid taxes dating back to 2007 and 2008.

The TS rapper was freed on $250,000 bail but faces up to two years in prison. His next court date for sentencing will take place in April.

Admitting to his guilt is a bold move for Fat Joe. Jay-Z did release "Guilty Until Proven Innocent," so maybe Joey Crack's new single will just be "Fat Joe Guilty." Good luck, Joe!
