In today's real-time reality, you have to be faster than a nanosecond to outrun the media. Luckily for Bryan Singer, his friends are from the future.
The X-cellent director continues his practice of beating the paparazzi and TMZ's of the world to the punch with photos of the cast of X-Men: Days of Future Past. Singer has used Twitter to offer exclusive first looks at characters such as Halle Berry as Storm (Ororo Munroe), and now he's given cinephiles the first image of Ellen Page as Kitty Pryde.
For those who remember her bout against Cain Marko in 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, you can notice the subtle changes in her costume as she appears in this film. Take a look at the difference below:

In the Days of Future Past storyline from 1981, Kitty Pryde is one of the primary characters, as an older version of the character possesses her younger self, and is the method by which the X-Men learn of a possible future in which mutants are interred in prison camps, or, in the case of high-profile types like Magneto, Wolverine and even Professor Charles Xavier, exterminated. No details have emerged (and I wouldn't spoil it for you!) on how large Page's role will be in Singer's film version of the story. The possibilities aren't necessarily endless, but they are fun to muse about. Kick around your best ideas in the comments section below.
The Beyond: Two Souls star will be joined by the stars of First Class and the original trilogy. Game of Thrones' Peter Dinklage joins the ensemble cast in this must-see movie.
