It seems like everyone wants a piece of Frank Ocean, so much so that he's now being force to cancel upcoming European tour stops—including an opening slot on tour with Coldplay.
According to Billboard, Frank has cancelled appearances at the upcoming Way Out West in Sweden, Flow Festival, Pukkelpop, V Festival and Bestival, in addition to Coldplay's ten-major-city tour starting August 28th.
Here's his explanation, via Way Out West organizers:
"Let me start by saying I feel like an asshole right now, but a tough decision had to be made in regard to my schedule over the next months and the casualties of that decision include my appearances at upcoming festivals in Europe and my opening slot on the European leg of the Coldplay world tour. Sorry as fuck, I'll be back if you'll have me."
Frank must have something really great in store to cancel a massive tour opportunity like that. As a new solo artist, that would've been a good look.
