Is Frank Ocean's Father Suing Him For A Million?

Frank Ocean may be riding high from his six Grammy nods this year for his well-received debut channel orange, but there are still some trying to bring the man down.

The "Novacane" singer took to Twitter to tweet (then delete) that his father was allegedly suing him for a million bucks. "father wanna sue me for a million," he wrote. "like i owe him back child support. weak individual bought me a swiss knife at 6yrs old then dipped on me."

While Frank has expressed his nonexistent relationship with his dad through his music like "There Will Be Tears," the soul crooner has kept mum on the ordeal till now. “i got his DNA though, maybe I inherited some of his karma too,” he added.

Even his Odd Future brethren lended him support. "PLAY HIM INGLORIOUS," Tyler the Creator tweeted, "AND TELL HIM I SAID HE'S A F WORD." Ocean responded: "i don't like that word."

It seems somewhat timely for Frank's dad to make such a heinous demand given the "Pyramids" singer may be penning a novel. Still, enhancing your success to overcome your past? Priceless.
