The Game Adds Collabos With Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj to The R.E.D. Album

The Game Adds Collabos With Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj to The R.E.D. Album

Posted December 16, 2009

The Game is currently hard at work, trying to finish up his upcoming fourth album, The R.E.D. Album. As he continues doing just that, the rapper is nabbing some heavyweight collabs.

Most recently, the Compton rapper hooked up with Justin Timberlake.

In a recent interview with Rap-Up.com, Game explained how just having the pop singer in the booth gave him Grammy visions. He says their collabo is "big!"

"The vibe changed, and it went to where I could see Grammy awards," he told the site. "I never thought in my life that I would ever work with Justin, and then for it to turn out and be as catastrophic as it was was amazing.

"I had a really dope energy from him just being in the booth last night. Pharrell didn't call him. I don't know how he fell through, but he fell through man. Two JT's in the studio at the same time and the PW, it's gonna be classic," Game continued.

Aside from Timberlake, Game also recently wrapped up a collabo with Young Money's first lady, Nicki Minaj, who he says made the album's final cut.

"Nicki Minaj made the R.E.D. album," he wrote via Twitter (@IHateGame). "Gone be CLASSIC."

The R.E.D. Album is due in stores in February. The album is executive-produced by Pharrell, which Game is excited about. He's so excited about the producer's contribution, he tatted the logo to Pharrell's Star Trak label on his arm.

"Pharrell's gonna take my career to the next level, keep me 'hood and cross me over at the same time by executive producing my album, so that's how I show my loyalty," Game said.
