The nephew of former President George W. is taking up the family hustle.
George P. Bush made a campaign filing in Texas on Wednesday (Nov. 7) to run for state office. It is unclear which area he plans to delve into but has expressed a desire to be politically involved in the past, according to WebProNews.
The 35-year-old son of Jeb Push has previously worked as a lawyer and became a partner in a real estate investment firm. There is much pressure attached to the Bush name, thus causing a stir on Twitter.
"Oh. Dear. God. No. Make it stop," @tartqueen tweeted in response to the NY Times article on Bush.
"George P. Bush, Jeb’s son, filed papers naming a campaign treasurer in TX. Unclear what he’s running for, but it’s a first step," @HotlineReid said.
Hopefully this George won't have the same pitfall as his uncle.
