After raking in thousands from bids on an original painting on eBay, George Zimmerman has sold his art. The former night watch volunteer, who was acquitted in the shooting death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin to death this past July, bagged $100,000 after the auction closed this past weekend.

ABC News reports:

The painting depicts an American flag in differing shades of blue with the words “one nation” under the word “God,” followed by the words “with liberty and justice for all.”

Ninety-six people placed bids after the painting, Zimmerman’s first, went on sale last Monday. The winning bid was $100,099.99.

Meanwhile, an anti-George Zimmerman painting was banned from the bidding site, though the artist is accepting direct bids on his website with proceeds going to the Trayvon Martin Foundation.
