Halle Berry's Ex Gabriel Aubry Files For Child Support & Joint Custody

Roles have reversed a bit for Halle Berry and her baby's daddy Gabriel Aubry since he filed for child support yesterday. Most often, it's the mothers that request financial support. However, Aubry petitioned for legal joint custody of 2-year-old Nahla and needs to hit up the Oscar winner for some cheese.

People reports that Berry, 44, gave birth to Nahla in 2008 after dating Aubry for about two years. The couple split last April.

The parternity of Nahla, who's last name is listed as Aubry, is agreed upon by both parents.
