Hand Injury Won't Keep Mya From Dancing With The Stars

Despite a recent hand injury, Mya will participate in the new season of Dancing With The Stars.

The singer revealed on Twitter Monday, "Went [to] the hospital late last night [to] get stitches," she wrote. "Deep cut from glass. Only caught [two] hours of sleep but feel great. Must be adrenaline."

One person who knows a thing or two about adrenaline is Lil Kim. In the reality competition's eighth season, the pint-sized rapper popped a rib out of place on the show--and didn't even notice it. A Dancing With the Stars masseuse reportedly pushed the rib back in place.

Likewise, Mya is not letting the gash stop her from joining the ranks of other A- and B-class celebs who've signed on for the hit ABC series.

She's scheduled to make her debut in the ninth season of the show tonight. -Linda Hobbs
