Hit-Boy's resume lives up to his rap moniker. Though bagging Grammy gold for his production on Kanye West and Jay Z's "N-ggas In Paris" to being plucked by the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Mariah Carey and Britney Spears, the rapper/ producer still turned up missing on Drake's third studio effort Nothing Was The Same.
Though fans got a sampler of their collaboration in the NWTS trailer, Hit says that it's up to the Toronto kid when the unreleased tracks will drop.
"Man, that's 100% up to Drake," he tells Hard Knock TV when asked if the tracks would be leaked or saved for a future project, "but I just know the shit is awesome. It's all in what his vision is. Whatever he wants to do with the songs, he knows what his plans are."
The successful beatsmith also discusses his first hip-hop memory, why he thinks Kendrick Lamar will win a Grammy and a special house visit he received from Dr. Dre. Watch the full interview above.
