With a buzzing mixtape and the city of Chicago behind him, things are looking good for Lil Durk these days. The 21-year old rapper recently released his Signed To The Streets 2 mixtape and broke nearly every single download record on hosting site DatPiff.com.

In an exclusive interview with VIBE, the Chi-Town neophyte sounds thankful for it all. “I never thought I would see the outside of Chicago,” Lil Durk tells VIBE. “Coming from the struggle now, I see a bigger picture now.”

He understands he has a huge core fan base now thanks to the success of Signed To The Streets 2. Of all the records he is saving for his album, Durk says he’s “got one” with French Montana and Chris Brown for the radio.

Currently, he is working on his debut album, Remember My Name.
